My Approach
Every client is different and so I really listen to each client's needs and what they would like to achieve in counselling.

As a professionally trained Integrative Counsellor I am experienced in using different counselling approaches which means I can take an individual approach to meet each client's individual needs.

I am also trained in using creative resources in therapy as some clients find this way of working helpful to think about thoughts and feelings. and tailor it to meet particular needs.

I offer a confidential and supportive space to be heard and accept my clients for who they are. Working together with my clients, we hold regular reviews to reflect on the goals for therapy, think about how the counselling is going and to see if having more sessions could be helpful.

My Professional Qualifications:
BSc (Hons) Therapeutic Counselling awarded First Class (University of Surrey)
National Counselling Society accredited Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling
